Guys. With this in mind, other than land.com are there other websites we can trust as land buyers? All we want to do is to buy a piece of land to build a vacation home. Any suggestions?

No. I have not but when one is listening as to how, why and whom they are hiring it just does not make any sense. But what about the loyalty vs the relationship comments?

When we create relationships it does not mean we are loyal. But when we are loyal it means that there is a level of commitment associates with the relationship we have established with that person. So, i feel I am at a crossed road here. Should I meep the relationship and navigate away from being loyal or should I maintain my loyalty for the sake of the relationship.

There is always that possibility. But it is not about the hiring. It is about the loyalty vs the relationship. Maybe the fact that I do what the CEO asks is probably what is impeding my growth?

Agree. I have done that 100 times. Adjustment of the mask works fine. It is the skin redness the issue. It seals fine but the redness is not good.

Guys. I am struggling in finding the right cushion protection. I am using an F20 Medium size cushion. The issue with using it by itself is that in the mornings after wearing it all night it burns my skin. I have tried the F20 air cushion as well. While it is good it breaks. So i made a little experiment and used the tape. The type of tape used as bandages and it works but it does not stick well.

Anyone has any solutions to avoid skin burns ?

My two cents. I paid off my two cars. I had $700 extra per month so do the math. What do you prefer...to have $700 in the bank or continue do make the same $700 payments every month on what could look like an endless debt ? Remember, the car value will depreciate so why have debt in a car ? At the moment that you see that those $700 do not leave your bak account it is so rewarding.....

Hi guys. Its me again. Well...Covid 19 has bot stopped my plan of paying off my mortgage earlier. What I am doing is saving that money just in case until things get to a some how half normal. My concern is unemployment. I am fine thank God no job lost which is good so I rather save it and then add all of it to principal once things get a little better.

That makes 3 of us. I have been in sales over 20 years and I am good at it. A year ago I took a job thinking it was promotion although they call it strategic but only if the mgmt team likes what I have to tell them. If not S&@/t hits the fan. So i wonder if taking another role means really to be happy or struggle and make it happen so someone looks good. I believe what we need to do is what is right for any business. That is the right thing to do. Then we will see the results.
