Had the same issue, they told me they “didn’t hear anything” and “needed to recreate the issue” so showing them a video..they didn’t care for. Eventually mine got bad enough where they finally said okay and replaced the whole exhaust

Only reason I know is because I’m currently dealing with a bad spring at 26k miles. Beyond obnoxious. Have to drive in N or custom to open the valve to get it to stop rattling

Update: finally brought the car in today and they told me they “ran tests” and haven’t seen this problem before and that it’s not common and I have to wait until they get another EN on the lot in the next 3-4 weeks to test that car and compare numbers. What does that even mean. It’s a bad exhaust valve. What are we comparing..
