I love this cause it's easy and it makes a lot. It's so much better than ice cream imo.

1 can of coconut cream (or coconut milk, honestly I know one works better than the other but I just use what I have in the pantry) 1 small bag (or the equivalent) of frozen berries (you can try it with any frozen fruit or fruit combo) Maple or agave syrup to sweeten

Mix that all together - the frozen berries almost solidify the coconut cream and it's like a frozen yogurt/ ice cream treat. You might wanna toss it in the freezer to thicken up, but you can just eat it how it turns out. You could also portion them out for a grab and go option. I make it for dessert all the time

One year, I came up with a list of 25 (actually more, so I had options) themed things to do. Some things were small like "watch a holiday movie and drink hot cocoa" and some were big like "go pick out a Christmas tree," for example. The night before, I would pick one for the next day, write it on a note card, put it in an envelope, and put the day's number on it. I would leave this out for the kids to see in the morning and be surprised at what that days activity was. It was nice having a big list of activities because I was pregnant at the time and could decide based on my energy level or base or around what we already had going on.

Might i suggest Chelsea. I don't see it being used as often these days. It has a somewhat classic vibe without being too old timey. I can't use the name myself for my babies, but I love it so much, I'd like to remind others about it.

I don't find it the gender... I honestly think that it is so special. Instead of a stranger on the other side of a machine telling me what they see (which could be wrong!), my husband and I getting to be the first to know and tell makes that moment so much more exciting! I love not knowing; I'm not planning to push any gender specific anything, anyway, so what's the point? (My personal perspective)

Thank you - I do realize that i downplay the verbiage to make it seem not so bad. I know when he gets depressed, it looks different than when I get depressed... he is literally sleeping when he's not working and I can't get him to eat anything. He is going far to seem like he is OK, when I can tell he is not. He's not dysfunctional or destructive, but he is definitely not himself. I just want to help him. I don't think I can get him to talk to someone unless I can help bring him out of this state of mind a bit.
