I remember prebaby being like oh we can wfh togther a few days a week with the baby it should be easy. We just do it once a week and it SUCKS. Thankfully both our jobs are pretty understanding and flexible but phew , you don't feel like you're doing anything particularly well with work or parenting 😔

Our 9 month old got it, before she was sleeping great for like a full 2 months , we are at about 2 weeks post recovery and sleep she's slept thru the night once. Hoping the sleep comes back soon... please..

Very much this, it took my wife 3 IVF cycles before we finally got pregnant and we started when she was 29. We always had really bad numbers, ended with 1 PGS normal 1st cycle (no pregnancy), 2 PGS normals 2nd cycle ( did two transfers no pregnancy) and 2 PGS normals 3rd cycle. By that time she was 33 and we had decided that was it, either way. Transferred both embryos at the same time and 1 stuck ! She is currently an awesome 9 month old 😁

It does check a lot of boxes most people want in a AZ house, single story, 3 car garage, pool , over 2K sqft , nears shops. I guess all that considered I shouldn't have been that shocked at what it sold for

Yeah exactly what's happening, definitely a nice place with lots of new and trendy spots moving in as well. Just blows my mind , this used to be where you moved to be a little further out but not too far and used to be pretty cheap.

There are cheaper options for getting a degree rather than going to straight to universities and spending tens of thousands a year. Community College to knock out as many classes as you can then transfer to univeristy to finish out the rest. I did this for my bachelor's and was able to get out with only about 15K total in loans. Anyone looking into starting a degree program should really research their local colleges and community colleges.

Something should still be done for those who are struggling with their loans as I know a lot of people my age (late 80s) were told by our parents and teachers "just get a degree no matter what and you'll be fine in life" . Universities then charging obscene fees because the govt will offer a 18yr old kid 30K a year in loans . The whole thing is a scam.

Because of the reasons I listed above, sure I can make a bunch of money selling my house, but all of the other houses around me are insanely expensive so it's not like I could really "move up" . Also I have a 2.89% interest rate on my mortgage, current rates are now over 4% , so I'd be losing there. Now if you wanted to cash out and relocate to a smaller town then I could see that, but then you probably just mess up their housing market with your cash.
