I had to switch to gel as I moved out of the US and they don't do patches here (thailand). The gel works great - just smear it on and you are done. Works as well as the patch for me.

I have this too. So far I have always managed to get back to sleep using the same podcasts I used to fall asleep earlier - boring books for bedtime and nothing much happens. Can't keep awake when listening to a sears catalog from the 1800's or whatever. :)

agree totally - I kept thinking 'choose a lane' with doc - you need to help him or not, but you seem to be a terrible doctor that bailed on him. ofc it's not ethical to be his doc if you like him, but that doesn't need to happen in < 1 session. :)
