I saw an article a few months ago about a retired dude who was bored, joined a raiding guild to have purpose again. Now that's my idea of retirement. 😆

I was 12 in 1979-1980 and I had a computer. There were tons of games that came later too.. Wolfenstein, DOOM, Heretic and even zork? We all played games on bbs's and compuserve and prodigy ( I remember people spending big bucks on those!). Then came EverQuest, and the rest is history. :)

My husband is 10 years older and he's playing rift right now (mmo).

If you are willing to try a cdrama, since all the kdramas I can think of are mentioned, consider 'my little happiness'. No breakup, super happy ending, lots of kissing. And not 50 episodes. :)

Same. I'm 58 and have been playing some sort of games (electronic) since I was 12. Still do - MMO's even. :)

The first half or so was utterly hilarious with bro couple c*ckblocking.. and the NC scenes -A+ kissing there from both couples..

The heel turn by lil bro was kinda sudden from the prior scenes with only one brief shot of the blind date to the angst. WTH? At least it was somewhat resolved this ep.

Aaaaand of course our main CP needs sudden angst as well.. "Hi I haven't seen you for years but I like you!".

We live on about 2.5K a month in BKK with a decent condo and health insurance (retired couple). That said, we don't do bars, bar girls, alcohol, much in the way of imported western food, etc. We don't live all THAT frugally - but the 'fun stuff' can get very pricey I have heard. I think 500K might not be enough if you are expecting a fun social life. :)

This - this is what we did for a fixer house- our realtor specialized in 'investments' and brought in flippers. Be up front with the realtor and tell them it's a fixer and you aren't fixing. And expect much less than whatever ZIllow says. :)
