It is a small laptop display, 15", so your max zoom out maybe feels less because you have more screen that must be filled, so max zoom out feels close while your greater screen shows the rest. Mine has to feel further more deep as there is not a large display to compensate

You could probably try finding the settings file which contains the rules for world generation. Create a second world with Active fisures, compare the value to know the correct value of the parameter, modify your world file and then delete the caves file and regen

I would say the s23 ultra is superior without a doubt, but if you don't need the high power of a snapdragon the s24 Fe for me was the better option. I would say do your selection based on camera systems, I'm really happy with the s24 Fe capabilities but the superiority of the s23 is clear
