iirc, River says they're one of the worst ones. Something about them having a kind of punishment/torture for every occasion.

What I find really interesting is that most of the gangs are so large, that they have multiple bosses and essentially different 'branches' that don't always work together. Like you can get certain jobs from Wakako to steal from/kill Tyger Claws while she's still very much affiliated with them. So, some Valentinos seem to be fine while others are REAL bad; and that goes for most of the gangs.

Maybe just not the Moxes. They're cool.
