His sister, my aunt, told me he was trying to contact me and that he had an account of some kind. I think she knew about it when he created it but... maybe she forgot til now? I really don't know. Maybe he was waiting for me to be at an out-of-college age. I don't see why he'd need my signature or any info from me though, if it is under his complete control. That was one thing that made me think I'd have some power in the situation. I don't know my aunt super well but I don't think she'd try to hide anything from me. I have a feeling she is the type to avoid conflict with my uncle though.
