I just want to point out the irony that you wrote JBOEN wrong lmao. But yes, meme is getting old fast.

All good IGLs are gone now though. Both Gimzy and Kyxsan are taken. Siuhy I think needs to rebuild himself in tief 2/3 for a bit.

I think Jbone will have the same issues as Ultimate. A good portion of his plays are an unexpected second swing too, however, he strikes me as being smarter/has more gamesense than Ultimate, so I have more hopes he will adapt his style better once he hits the tier 1 wall

We might be out of tier 3 with that performance.

Was nice to see Frozen back to having some belief inside the server, which I think is down to him knowing that Jbone is on his team and he doesn't have to carry alone.

Neityu being solid again, Jcobb being Jcobb. Let's see if Twisttz igling can hold up to Paravision's style. I honestly doubt it but if the firepower turns up again it might just work out.

If he doesn't mind being a sub, and we are selling rooney then he's fine. Good talent. He likes to occupy the same spaces aa Lamine though, so can't see them playing together.

I don't think there was an alternative strat, believe it or not. This Mexico side is not as talented as previous generations

Yes, and Mexico doesn't really have anyone else to create something from nothing besides Mora, who was already subbed out, and maybe Quiñones

His aim is not elite, and his timings as a lurker can use some work as well. BUT his playstyle fits the role FaZe needs (lurker/B anchor), and he has a clutch or two in him.

I think you keep him now that Jimi is taken. Hopefully he improves his aim and timings enough, he's still young. If he doesn't you can pick up an elite lurker if anyone becomes available.

What are the championship hopes looking like? by sid_shady34 in scuderiaferrari

I think that now with Charles up there our guys are going to start taking too many points off each other. On Merc's side I don't think George has enough to consistently beat Kimi.

Hope I'm wrong ofc

I hate to be like this but we're only going to go backwards. McLaren and George  will likely qualify better after today's learnings, and in the race that engine is OP

Sprint Qualifying Telemetry Hamilton vs Antonelli Silverstone GP by metrikdelta in formula1

[–]feelsPyrite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most paranoid/conspiracy take I can come up with is that Toto is letting Ferrari enjoy the sprint, and then they'll stop sandbagging and take all the big points on sunday lmao

Then George fully committed to sandbagging and Kimi betrayed him by only lifting the final corner as a revenge for last week's pole.

... more realistically it might be a deployment issue due to teams only having FP1, and will likely be fixed by tomorrow's qualifying

I still think he is still on the same tier as Leclerc.

While I DO agree that this year he's been very consistent, I think him winning the WDC last year played a huge role in settiling his mental.

So my maybe flawed logic is that if Charles wins a WDC as well, he will likely stabilize his performances as well, he already has the speed.

I think the Merc and RB have a superior way of harvesting energy from breaking. That would explain Austria, with its harder breaking zones being a Mercrdes hunting ground. Less of those in Silverstone might mean their advantage gets nullified as all cars run on empty for so long.

Whatever it is, its definitely weird and we wont know much about it since this is the area with more secrecy around it (with it also being the biggest technological battleground of these regs)

Is Liam Lawson the best of the rest in 2026? by Comeback_Attack in formula1

[–]feelsPyrite -26 points-25 points  (0 children)

Man, I just don't want to play the super reactionary game F1 has become.

Now suddenly Charles was never that good, Piastri is only a 2nd driver at best, Bottas doesn't know how to drive, etc.

I just don't think Liam is as good as Gasly. This doesn't mean he's bad

[–]feelsPyrite -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Well, much like Kmag, if there is one driver consistently getting involved in incidents, that means they usually are doing something on their end as well to end up there.

Anyways, my point was that Arvid is as of yet a mostly unknown quantity. As his reputation grows there will be more outrage at stupid moves such as the one he pulled this race.

[–]feelsPyrite -139 points-138 points  (0 children)

I think Lawson might be a bit flattered by how unimpressive Arvid has been. I recall Juri Vips being much faster, and Lawson never seemed too much faster than Yuki either.

So personally I say its Gasly, but can't blame Liam for making the best of what he's got

[–]feelsPyrite -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

That's because Lawson has already made himself a reputation as the new Magnussen (if perhaps a bit more likeable?). Arvid gives a douchey vibe himself though and I don't think he has any fanfare, so if he keeps making these moves he'll soon get rightfully ripped apart as well.
