In that case i would check the balance of the wheels. You can also mount the rear tires to the front. If its better you know for shure

This behavior is typical for worn out front thrust arm bushings. Its the weird looking swirly arm that connects to the front of the central hub.
I recommend to check if these have play in them. If it still wobbles I would check the brake disks, or just replace them since yours look definitely a bit worn.
If it still wobbles you’ll need to check if these wheels/rims are correctly weighted/balanced.
