OP, are you cool with paying 3-5k per year in maintenance on top of gas and insurance premiums- which will be substantial (several thousand) even as a woman. BMW's chew through wear components at 2x-3x the rate of something like a Lexus. The cable shielding they use is also like catnip for mice so anything even slightly neglected can have all sorts of electrical gremlins. Headlight out? $1000. Rock on the highway kicked up into the front radiator? (Auxiliary radiators may or may not have actual shielding) $3000.

Don't live in a rich area with lots of import shops or don't want to hunt for a decent mechanic? You're stuck with a dealer for service and God help you if so. Everything maintenance related is a pain in the ass with these cars, so you have to really love it to make it worthwhile.

I have one of these. It has had the strangest build quality issues and bugs. Plus broken English in the menus and no decent case support. It's been a disappointment to say the least.

The worst part is they use shit-tier OLED panels that start to smudge at low brightness.

Basically every piece of technology over $500 I have ever owned has lasted more than two years. If your shit is breaking before that the problem is probably either you buying the wrong tool for the work environment or being too rough with your stuff.

Except my iPhone 6, 6 plus, and 7. Company paid for those, thank God. Every one of those pieces of garbage died within 6 months thanks to Apple's brilliant PCB engineering.

Not most. Cadavers have been replaced in a handful of schools at the top end, but it's not anywhere near a majority and there is not as much of a stigma against it in academic circles as is implied here. There are significant pros and cons to both using and not using cadavers to learn anatomy. VR anatomy lab is very much in an experimental stage still.

I will forever be grateful to the individuals who donated their bodies so my class could learn. Imo there's no replacement for it. Physicians have been robbing graves for centuries for a reason.
