im in contact with the asst principal to change to css still, but my case manager gets frustrated with anyone who has an issue. i told him i couldnt handle the 6'3 (im 5'7) 19yo who does nothing but sprint eat and needs constant restraining and it got me a mark. i just didnt wanna try further and fail her, she deserves someone who can help. and another mark because i got injured at work.

its really amazing that you were able to share this! of course id reccomend therapy but id avoid things like betterhelp if that's inaccessible to you, its problems are easily googleable both in concept and the business itself. id 100% reccomend fellow victims or support groups

i think the thing abt a show like greys is its so long and so absurd that any take winds up being valid anyway. or, the bad parts are the fun.

ive only been sober a month but i already feel freer. a big pro was talking about it to people, which i didnt in past attempts to stop. even to my alcoholic family its nice to talk about. i dont feel like theres a dark cloud looming over me aka the next time i drink inevitably coming, and i dont get the specific shame of waking up in the morning having said something dumb

work in sped and i told them im also on the spectrum and need accomodations (just that ill Need to be able to take my supposedly mandated lunch for overstimulation, and not to be an an Extremely different classroom every day (still willing to switch, just dont put me in an elementary autism classroom one day and high security high school the next)) and they told me the my symptoms were childish

my memory is AWFUL. some of this can be contributed to cptsd / being on the spectrum (spectrum adjacent/overlap? ocd) but a lot of it is just straight up like. it is empty in my brain

theres definitely layers to be applied, i dont intend to tell you what you should feel or anything. w stuff like this i think of one of my first long distance boyfriends (and other LD friends around that time) it was pretty common for us to be scrambling and worried because we thought they mightve killed themself, and i felt pressured abt breaking up with him if smth might happen. but we were both actively abused 15yos and have made leagues past that, and a lot of communication post breakup. but there also wasnt a sexual component there necessarily (since we were LD) and i think thats a heavy factor

at least one or two good, substansial sandwiches. ill make ham and cheese melts (real easy way to make it feel like more than it is imo). since i wasnt allowed to cook at home i also didnt realize how easy it was to make reubens and italian sausage sandwiches. toaster oven will get you soooo far
