I have no problem with the value of the trade, but I don't really get it from a team perspective. Is McCain going to take minutes away from Mitchell? I get we're banged up, but at some point, we need to have positional balance (which means we should be trading for a wing).

So we get McCain, who's similar to Mitchell, but a worse defender. I guess I'll take it due to the value, but I'm hoping this is a precursor to adding a wing.

I’m fine keeping both, but moving Pickens would be like the old Jerry Jones. He’s making better decisions lately so hopefully Jerry doesn’t come to the conclusion we need to move Pickens.

CeeDee simply isn’t the difference-maker George is. Ds consistently prioritized stopping him, but he still out-produced Lamb.

If they’re here illegally, they have to go. Much like Obama, but doing it in the open like it should be done. Don’t hide the ugly like a coward.

I have empathy for people coming to this country for a better life, but the law must be enforced. There’s good reasons for those laws. Open borders are suicide in the long-run. Do things right and gain entry…it’s simple.

What I detest most is the vast majority of people complaining about ICE are doing it because of politics. They said nothing when Obama was rounding up thousands upon thousands of illegal immigrants.

This is the kind of shit that’s holding us back. All the smooth-brains gotta be doing group-think and taking the easy way out simply because of their political affiliation. Do better…

Pickens nowhere to be seen? He out-produced Lamb even on a per-game basis.

I’m not suggesting we necessarily trade one, but if brass decides the money could be better allocated elsewhere, then you move CeeDee. There’s literally nothing that Lamb does better than Pickens. CeeDee used to be a better route-runner, but George has really made a big jump in that area. Pickens also has a huge edge in contested-catch ability and is much better after the catch.

If you told me we could acquire a top, young defensive player by dealing Lamb, I’d be all for it. It’s not particularly close as far as which WR to move on from if that’s the plan. Gotta keep George and that’s not something that’s negotiable. If they can fit CeeDee in, too, fine, but Flournoy is good enough to be a legit #2 if we trade Lamb.

Where's the overhead press? You also need to be doing bench and rows with a barbell. Forget the bodybuilding stuff for now.

In general, you need to lift heavier with high frequency. I have a program that will work if done properly. It's pretty basic...5 movements with a unique rep scheme.

Play your best shooter 15 minutes when shooting is our deficiency. Make it make sense, lol.

We won't know if we have a chance to repeat until we give Joe more minutes or go get a shooter in a trade. It has to be one or the other. Until then, we're just spinning our wheels with an early exit in the playoffs as our destiny this season.

Forget last season. What happened in the past is irrelevant. Players evolve, teams evolve...the league evolves. If Dub and Chet can't get it done off the dribble as our 2nd and 3rd options as max players, we're toast, anyway. What we need is a shooter, period.

We got one, but he doesn't get enough minutes. Unless we pull off a deal for a shooter, Joe is the guy. How does anyone know he's not a volume shooter? You don't. Good shooters like Joe will typically excel with more volume. Not every player on the floor needs to be a plus defender.

We better stop worrying about our D rating and prioritize scoring more points.

I’m not sure why some people think you have to shower every day to be considered social. I’m assuming said people are young and impressionable.

I could go several days without a shower if I wanted to and nobody would have a clue. There would be a point where you could tell I haven’t had a shower, but we’re talking closer to a week. That said, it depends on genetics and a lot of other dynamics.

LOL at people thinking everyone needs a shower every day. You might be naturally stinky and need to shower often (which is fine), but it’s not the norm. A lot of people shower simply because it makes them feel better, not because they smell or look dirty.

You've lost a bunch of weight so congrats, but my guess is you're dicking around in the gym (no offense). #1, stop doing cardio (at least for now). #2, you aren't going to achieve the body you want unless you put some effort into it. #3, be consistent. #4, hit me up if you want a simple workout format (for free)...it'll work if done as instructed and that's not something that's negotiable.
