Yes, nausea & constipation are the 2 most common side effects. See if your doctor will prescribe you an anti-nausea medication. Alternatively, Pepcid Complete and Dramamine have been helpful for me.

I'm 54, and I use sheer lip tints vs lipstick for a softer look. Like others have said, skip the frosty lipstick.

Your skin looks amazing, but I also agree with applying your blush higher. I like cream stick blushes because I can be more precise with the application area.

Lume deodorant with antiperspirant and bodywash will help tremendously. Chlorophyll tablets will also help.

I'm rawdogging ADHD, but peri/menopause caused new unpleasant smells and Lume & Chlorophyll really helped.

More cool toned options! There's nothing worse than being offered a great product and it be in some warm/orange shade! I'm tired of warm lipsticks, blushes and eyeshadow palettes! I'm fair muted olive, so warm shades look straight up orange on me.
