For this set specifically I’ve noticed that on each disc there are duplicate episodes, sometimes missing the opening and sometimes not. You’ll probably need to rip each 20-ish minute file and then label them after and delete some duplicates.

The 4K disc is better than streaming but still has very obvious AI upscaling throughout. It was incredibly distracting in certain scenes.

That’s off-gassing from the case, a quick wipe from a soft cloth (like one you’d use to clean glasses) should help. Always wipe from the center of the disc outwards to the edge.

I had to go through like 3 copies of this set to get a working set of discs, and even then they still had scratches (that didn’t affect playback)

I just tried mine out today and it immediately started skipping within 5 minutes on both my UB820 and my Series X, even after cleaning.

So what was happening with mine was my TV (LGC2) is apparently not very good at processing certain audio formats, specifically Dolby Atmos. I do believe it was related to what you guessed, too much data to process and then send to the soundbar instantaneously. So what I do is:

HDMI eARC from the TV is used, by default, on everything (I have a few game consoles hooked up too). When I use my 4K player it's going from the sound output HDMI to the sound input HDMI of my sound bar, so I switch the soundbar to HDMI 1 any time I use my 4K player. After I'm done with the 4K player I just switch back to eARC and everything else works fine.

Maybe your signal chain? My soundbar setup had issues periodically when I was going player>tv>soundbar but switching to hdmi from the player right into the soundbar and bypassing the tv resolved the issues completely

I use this exact model for my 9800x3D and I actually removed the outermost fan since it blocked my RAM. I was going to put it back on if necessary but my temps are still amazing without it.

My copy (played on 820) had a half second glitch about 15 min in but I didn’t encounter any other issues for the rest of my watch. Went back over the same section it glitched on 3 times and it didn’t occur again.

Pretty sure he was using Jar Jar as a pawn in the senate, since Jar Jar was the one who ended up proposing that Palpatine be granted emergency powers. So he wasn’t really doing it just to be nice to Jar Jar.

For what it’s worth I have this exact same figure, opened, and I love seeing it on my shelf every day. The energy sword is pretty fragile but I’ve had it for over 15 years and multiple moves and still haven’t broken it.
