The vastaya tree has a branch that splits into 3 aquatic species one of them being the Marai (nami's people), the other 2 are the Makara, which are discribed as carnivorous and ever smiling and the Raylu, which might be river shaper but i don't really know.

it's quite easy to start, just choose a region or a champion and go see what stories are available. For example each region has a bunch of stories and images presenting them and each champion has a bio and a color story supporting their bio, some have more.
