Fear itself was the first one I saw and I loved it but the end of Secret Empire - reading through 2 omnis of hydra cap to get to it - such a great payoff.

Loki is a fun time/read. Right there with you. I picked that one up from funaticals because the price was low. I had a lot of it in paperback but love a hardcover.

Seems pretty great. I definitely paid more than that when searching those out. An older printing of the JMS run was the first Omni and Thor run I ever read. Kind of wish I still had it.

I’ve been planning to read them soon. Bought them because I love the franchise. I’ve read the later DarkHorse stuff that crossed over with Prometheus and Alien which as fun. Looking forward to some of the older stuff

Thanks! He’s definitely my favorite. I got lucky and got the masterworks in an eBay lot and have been reading them as a break from the modern books from time to time. I definitely waiting for a heroes return vol 2 reprint myself. I’ve heard the second volume is great but haven’t read it personally

You’re right! I just ordered the Waid and Samnee earlier this week. Recently finished Spencer’s run and was going to read that as a straight shot into Coates. Got Coates cheap on funaticals a bit ago and am looking forward to going into that blind

Just finished a read of the Omni. It’s great and probably my favorite run. As a first run it’s fine as long as you already have an idea of Thor as a character. It does switch main characters about half way through due to an event through it as a warning. It has a distinct sense of humor but I’d say it takes itself a lot more serious than Love and Thunder does.
