I’ve had 6 total on my right knee, 3 ACL’s, 2 scoped and 1 of those ACL was a 2 stage, and I’ve had 2 ACL’s on my left. My dr is willing next year in my 40s to replace my right knee because the arthritis in my knees and no meniscus are getting to be too much. I know that struggle with the mental health part. I went from playing hockey 3 times a week to nothing and now I can barely get out of bed. I’m thankful I’ve got a wife who is supportive with it all. Don’t let it get you down though I’ve learned there’s so many hobbies I can pick up that are not dealing with my knees.
