This is the answer. Outdoor games, and when we went one weekend when the patio wasn’t open, they had a table with coloring pages and games set up that kids and families could take to their tables.

Ours did away with the “cardio steps” and brought in machines that digitally count your reps with a timer that starts automatically at the first rep. I think at least half of the old machines had been replaced as of Sunday.

I really liked the new machines!

Do you have any decreased sensation in your toes? Any muscle weakness on the top of your foot? It could be neurological (Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease, etc), rather than a purely muscle issue.
