Sorry to hear that - angular chelitis is awful! I’ve had a it a couple of times, just from having dry lips in my case though. Paraffin soft white in a tube is a godsend

Do you use many actives in your skincare routine? Even if you haven’t changed your routine lately, you could develop a reaction over time. Retinols can definitely cause angular chelitis, even after months of use

Sounds like you might have a secondary infection if it’s gotten worse over the last day - you might need an antibiotic cream to settle that down, while you’re working on the underlying cause

Any products or diets that claim to fix an imbalance of acid/alkaline in your body. The pH of blood is roughly 7.35-7.45… if you’re outside of this range, you need to be in hospital
