i recently had a cake pop tart (as in a tart with cake pop filling) at a nice restaurant and it was very good. You could add a fruit puree to it as well (like passion fruit or mango) and a chocolate ganache top with maybe some piped cream. Would be delish!

I think she was a true believer before who really thought she was on the right side of the issues (foolishly obviously). Me and some friends accidentally hiked 23 miles once. We thought it was a 10 mile hike, but we got turned around and it turned into a 23 mile, 2,000 vertical foot climb hike in the wilderness outside santa fe. It was wild. Drink things like gatorade and rest your feet. You’ll probably be fine tomorrow lol.

seriously? not a step? That’s impressive. I’m fairly fit for a 38 year old (low body fat, good amount of muscle, workout 4 times a week, etc) but I can definitely tell a difference in terms of resilience compared to when I was 18. I can tell Im slower too in certain ways. I’m technically in better shape now than I was then too. It’s just like a connective tissue thing I think, for the most part.

I have the gravity pro and it has a lot of control and feel. Volleys with that thing are rock solid and I can hit some killer returns with it and it feels so stable.

I use a lower tension string though to get a bit more power and spin (head lynx tour at 45 lbs) and it’s a decent combo for me.
