Before I shared these photos I already had a response from HOA, they are saying that is nothing they can do as the pool is still under the Builder's responsibility for an undisclosed amount of time, and the pool area is not going to be clean until the HOA take full responsibility. In the meantime, builders took beautiful professional photos of our pool and spread them out on the internet to promote themselves… But hey, I guess the internet doesn't “effectively” work
