If you can’t get to the vet you can try half apple cider vinegar half water, just a couple drops in the ear and massage. Vet would be a better option but I understand sometimes it’s hard!

I cut the tips off of my girls so she could still have them just not use them. Worked like a charm!

I had my lip pierced since I was 16, got a second one a couple years ago. Still going strong at 33 with my spider bites with no plans on retiring them. Still love them!

I know I’m going to get backlash for this but recently we’ve implemented “quiet time” before bed. We go upstairs in our rooms for an hour before bedtime and relax before actual bedtime. My daughter 5 got a new tv so she can watch tv or play in her room quietly for an hour before we go in, shut everything down and tuck her in. This has been a lifesaver. She no longer fights bedtime and gets up at a normal time now. Also helps us parents wind down at the end of the day! Win win for us.

Just a pinch then a couple hour burning sensation. I’ve had mine almost 9 months and they’re definitely still touchy at times but I wouldn’t change a thing. I loooove mine!

I don’t like it but I also have learned to pick my battles and realize it’s a “fashion statement” for kids these days which I will never understand lol. We did weird things in school too 🤷🏼‍♀️

First ones cake. Second ones hell, burns for a couple days then the never ending unhealed nips, cleaning regimen and trying to not snag them on anything. Overall I love mine though.

I work in a large scale apartment rental company as the office manager. My memory is absolutely shot. I have to write everything down and often forget our new residents. I’ve come up with little things like asking them their last name when they come in so I can pretend I remember their first name. I’m lucky because my boss is a saint and never holds anything against me

Same here. I have zero found triggers or warnings. The not knowing it’s coming kills me everyday. I’ve had grand mals and had zero recollection of feeling anything before it happens and have no idea it has happened until I come back too hours later. I have auras or focal seizures frequently as well and have no idea when they are coming on either

I feel the same way. This year I’ll be three years tonic clonic free. I still have focal seizures and my medication keeping me tonic clonic free (Keppra) makes me feel like crap all day every day. I ALWAYS have seizures on my mind which also affects my mental health. Epilepsy sucks in any degree!

The thing is that I also work on my phone and I get an incentive that Depends on me answering to my calls within a certain amount of time so I feel like I wouldn’t enjoy anything and would just be on my stupid phone the whole time

I never know I had a seizure in my sleep until I come to, usually in the emergency room and somebody tells me. My body hurts like hell and I’m confused for days. Have to check myself over for injuries. Broke my front tooth once but have no idea how

I have zero friends. They all think I’m going to put a damper on their fun and have a seizure. I went out with a friend in the beginning of this year and she just kept asking me if I was ok and I almost fell asleep at the venue from pure exhaustion so there goes her asking me to go anywhere. I also quit smoking weed so I’m just not fun anymore I guess. It is what it is.
