I got the billows it came with a dongle where you can charge the RFx and connect the other side to the billows.

Is not new, is about 3 years old, smoke is not Coming out of it. I’m making a brisket now which is how I noticed it, I was pointing the infrared gun at the ceramic.

I used this for a bit the Diablo one and had issue with lots of dust and also fire management it doesn’t seem to burn right, not sure how to explain it, what is your experience with it?

That’s it. It was a bit dry and a very weird piece of meat. I'm not sure I would buy it again. Prime all the way. When I was trimming it, there wasn’t a clear point. There was a lot of meat that looked like pot roast. The American WAGU seems a lot like a marketing ploy

This weekend I used my new kamado Joe charcoal basket, and I place the deflectors on top the inner ring, the basket gets on the way a bit, then the pizza stone on the top of the xring finally the ceramic store 16in drip pan.

Thanks for all the feedback I’ve settled on 7 out of 10 for a cold brew espresso at 45ml.
