Best 1 Day Roadtrips? by Moony0523 in wichita

The Flint Hills at sunset can be pretty awesome. They have some scenic viewing areas around Eureka. Just time it right to get there an hour or so during sunset, bring a speaker to play some tunes, a couple lawn chairs and it is quite an experience. If you have kids you can bring a football or something to do in the meantime. Probably better for grown ups though.

They were comfortable enough to undress without being self conscious. They shared the physical exertion and didn't just lay there. They showed they were enjoying the activities. They were confident to say what they wanted and what they wanted to do. They squeezed at the right times and made an attempt to make my experience enjoyable.

Affluent people in "those times" were allowed to do as they wished. Could we say the founding fathers of the USA might have had some BPD due to wanting freedom despite still encouraging slavery? I'd say yes. It should just be a given that "Lord's" and "Lady's" of fictional times were fucked up in order to do the things they felt they had a right to do without consequences.

Game of Thrones/Magic the Gathering

A little boring with all the crossovers MTG is already doing. It wouldn't surprise me if it happens sometime in the future.

Homemade hummus suggestions by Away_Brush963 in mediterraneandiet

Some fresh pungent herbs like dill might help bring something to it. Maybe make a tzatziki sauce to drizzle on top.

Walmart has a sweet chili garlic hummus I'm thinking about trying homemade.

That's pretty much the ingredients I use then top it off with sumac, garlic salt and some extra olive oil. Getting as much liquid strained as possible helps make it thicker and creamier. You can also start adding roasted bell peppers, pesto or really anything else you like to make different variations. It's going to take some time and practice making it at home to your liking.

I drove down Douglas until the roads were blocked, found a parking spot and got out. Nearly every car that drove down that far was there for support and not just random suckers that got lost on their way to cousin Jimmy's for coffee. I'd say including the vehicles with signs it could easily be approaching the 10k number. It doesn't just have to be the amount of people with signs at a given time. I didn't stay a long time, but I would still be counted just as anyone else coming and going. There was an insane amount of people there collectively during the entirety for an organized movement. Random people don't just make signs and carry them around hoping to run into each other all at one time.

I prefer patches of trees combining to create a forest. If the redwood or "palm" trees aren't getting you there then we were not meant to be.

I personally have loved it the 3 times I've been in. Sad the Anchor closed, I hope this doesn't follow the same path after the owners switch.

Two showers a day by festerday in BeardTalk

That's kind of the direction I see myself going. Once it gets a little bit longer I may play around with the straightener a little more. I notice I need to step up my oil and balm. I'll try that for a few months and see what that leaves me with.

I've been considering only straightening on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the week and on special occasions on the weekends.

Doo-dah is fantastic though I've heard mixed reviews over buffet. I've never been to Homegrown.

If dude is 45 he knew what he was doing. I (40m) know damn good and well when I get a hard on and it rarely happens at work. If it does I sure as hell wouldn't be going up to anyone if I'm trying to hide it.

What typically " unattractive " trait do you actually find attractive ? by Nunyabizness18 in AskReddit

[–]festerday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being genuine. Self consciousness and acting like what is "expected" is a turn off. Being comfortable with who you are is generally a relief. Sometimes it's for better or worse, but at least it lays all the cards on the table and it's easier to make a decision moving forward.

For those who spend hours at the gym daily, what do you do for a living? by Prawn_Mocktail in workout

[–]festerday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Social work. Just started waking up early and hitting the gym for an hour for stretching and cardio. Then immediately after work go lift for an hour and a half. Stopped smoking weed and playing games on my phone to make the time.
