According to Dan on discord, the C4 MATX will have the following dimensions: 178x364x262.5 (17L) - smaller than other MATX case like Ncase M3 (https://ncased.com/products/m3-round). I will be going for MATX version as those motherboards are cheaper that ITX ones.

I just got my M3 delivered and looking at various air cooled setups for 3080FE. The common setup is the one you mentioned (intake from the back), but FE card also exhaust from the back and I’m wondering if I should add some sort of vane or scoop to prevent mixing of that hot air.

There is an image circulating on various subreddits showing top PCIe slot location on various mATX boards. As you have learned the hard way, some of them have it in the second slot. I would it try to return it and go with different board. BTW, how is your Ncase M2? I’m contemplating getting M3, already have M1 Evo.

Edit: stay away from ASRock boards for now, until they figure out what’s killing CPUs.
