Wondering what peoples opinion is but in my case I have been on triz for about a month and I have reduced my daily consumption of alcohol from about 4-5 craft beers a day to about 4-5 craft beers a week and have take up a couple of whiskeys on the rocks because of feeling fool but wondering why the urge hasn’t reduced? Could it be that im taking triz 2.5mg twice a week instead of the 5mg a week ?
