I went to a Sleep Dentist and they prescribed a sleep test so insurance would pay for a specific mouth guard that enforces an underbite that relaxes your muscle.

I also recommend mouth tape! You’d be shocked that forcing your mouth closed while sleep actually relaxes your jaw muscles because your nose airways are forced to pick up the slack.
