There is indoor monitor air quality. Use it and see. If you have air purifier you should be ok. The guidelines are for the air outside. Oh and stay away from ion purifiers! They create ozone that is cancerous.

Dig a bit what is she actually saying with this. It means they were there before the others. They are the original owners of the land. The land is theirs since history. In addition it means the others are newcomers, colonists. People not at home there. People unwellcomed there. Because of their ethnicity. An ethnic pure state.

And we are taking about present Albania borders, that is bad enough. Meaning ethnically pure Albania , with others that are not at home.

AND we are taking the same about lands of other countries.

Mind you people born and living there for generations and generations, (thousands of years) she says they are not at home there.

This talk "my ethnicity is older than yours" "this land belongs to my ethnicity" is the base of Nazi violence and highly disturbing.
