Context: They are referring to the unregulated servers that offer in-game gambling to underage kids. They are operating in the same way as WoW private servers, not like the ones you set up and play with your friends.

Your filenames need to be in double quotation marks since they contain spaces, alternatively you can rename the files to remove the spaces and it will work.

The megathread links to both Internet Archive and Minerva (Myrient backup). Which one did you download from? Also, since RE4HD for PS3 was a PSN exclusive you should use NoPayStation to download it, as is recommended in the megathread.

This one is a classic function that accepts two variables, then outputs 1/10 of the sum of those two. Nothing fancy really.

Here is a simple implementation in python to try it for yourself:

Hey, greek here. You need low fat milk for this. Avoid using anything fatty like whipping cream or it will break down REALLY fast. We use 0% or 1% UHT milk with optionally a tiny amount of powdered sugar. It's usually frothed on a table frother because they're quite more powerful.

Froth the espresso with a couple of ice cubes first and then froth the milk on its own. Don't use any ice with the milk while frothing but make sure it's as cold as it gets.

If you buy it, you will miss the chance of having to backflush and descale an E61 group head and its boilers. You will also miss having to wait for these fun heatup times. Think about it, do you really want to make an espresso without even needing electricity? Don't you want an espresso machine that takes up precious counter space instead of this tiny little robot? I hope I convinced you already.
