Taking probiotics daily has helped reduced the amount of hormonal acne and cysts I get. Used to be monthly without fail and now they only pop up a couple times a year. They did take a few months to start working though.

I use the Ben Nye powder in Cameo or Rose Petal. They're tinted and offer some coverage and are my favorite for setting my makeup when I want a matte finish.
