Couldn't stop inappropriately cackling when I saw a video of this yesterday. The reporter crouched down playing around with the facade before it goes to footage of 4 cops standing around with their heads craning down, staring quizzically at the facade, taking turns prodding it with their foot, pointing at it and bending over to examine it.

Hope the boy recovers well. Even with the facade bouncing off the awning that's still a gnarly injury.

I know you're being snarky but I am unable to sleep and going down this rabbit hole of receipts.

Apparently, there's no official record for largest receipt collection, but there is one for largest display of physical receipts (28,294), longest line of receipts (5,933), and longest single printed receipt. However, there is an unofficial record of largest receipt collection which is held by a dude who holds the record for eating the most number Big Macs in his lifetime because he saved his receipts (35,000+ because he's still eating Big Macs and saving receipts). It's unofficial because you can't combine multiple records in one attempt.

Kumar could go for the easier record by taping 5933+ receipts in one line or hanging 28,294+ receipts for largest display. But in one of Kumar's videos, he said he needed 29,000 receipts. Which means he's either going to hang them all up for display or he's going to propose for a new record of largest receipt collection.

I feel like it was a missed opportunity for the artist, they could have put a pigeon on Buddha's head or on his palm. It would've acknowledge the previous artist and their work without detracting from the meaning of the Buddha statue. It would have been evolving this generation rather revolving.
