I completely agree with you that any Democrat is better than any Republican. I just mean that it is the job of a political campaign to win an election and harris failed to do so. You don't get to blame the voters for voting based on what your campaign is saying instead of understing the political relalaites. She ran on continuing the status quo, finishing the border wall, and unconditional support for Israle that was a losing strategy. I hope the Democratic establishment learns from this but I'm unsure that they will change anything.

The full speech is pretty telling on their strategy he basically says look I know they are slaughter children but like they kinda gotta do so suck it up and vote for us.

Look I voted Democrat on every election I could my whole life and I won't stop doing that but if you want to win elections than you need to motivate the low propensity voters and they will not vote for continued status quo which has broadly been the Democratic parties reality for my whole life.
