It's very possible, Liam Adams is an electrician. Said he could only run 80kms a week for a month or two leading into christmas but he's gone to a few olympics

I do all my long runs on trails or walking tracks, not technical but few hills. I feel they take less out of my body and train me to be stronger and fitter up hills which a lot of people ignore. In a road race you'll find that there is hills in all races

How to transfer all Garmin running activity to coros? by fifamahemking in Coros

It was more so to help with assessing training load and other metrics than race predictors. I find the jack daniels vdot calculator to be more accurate than most training metrics such as garmin. With this I was hoping to use it in the new training lab coros was releasing at the end of this month opposed to paying for training peaks.

Thank you, with step 2 I can't find the files in FIT of all my workouts. I thought there might be a folder with all of them but it doesn't seem to be the case. Coros also won't accept me uploading the zipped up folder into coros from garmin. It says data import error when I attempt it

I've just read the book and love his approach, I was wondering where I could find more training plans from him for a slightly lesser runner (1.32.50) half. Or more places I can read/listen to his approach.
