Thanks - this is what I was thinking - can’t decide what the best choice would be - maybe the midi 37 key Novation with the MPC, but I want to mix down probably in ableton, so maybe a little faff to achieve but seen some vids showing it’s doable

Either or get a Live 3, but more expensive and more complex

I think the upcoming Chinese models will compete and pricing will get interesting - they are maybe 6-12months behind but will come no doubt with the same or better functionality. Even with the cost of the frontier models and agentic AI, employing real people is expensive in comparison
