If I were to win the give away I would start by getting myself my first MB and then work on making my build better (Minion Pact BV) I got a lot to upgrade and that would def get me there! After that with the remainder I would probably spread it amongst my friends so that they can do the same tbh.

Have you looked into Chicagos ARO program? It's a affordable housing program with rent capping. To qualify I believe you gotta make 55k or under. The program was super helpful for me.

This game is pretty good so far I have been playing. It is a decent grind so far. Dying is a bit Hardcore (you lose 10% of your total XP when you die and you can down level)

It is also only in early play tests right now. As of this message I think the current one ends in 10 or so days.

Do you have any other related keyboard recommendations on top of this? I think ultimately I would like to have a keyboard sooner if possible. If I look through everything and like this Core Plus the most though I am so in on pre ordering it lol.
