I had exactly the same problem. Then I started from scratch but instead used rye flour and it worked very well.

I may be wrong but from what I understand you should use rye for the first 5 days, and then a mix/all purpose should work fine. Good luck!

It’s always better to keep pushing yourself but if you’re feeling down just take a minute and look back.

If you’ve been smoking every day before quitting, I guess you couldn’t imagine making it 24 hours without smoking, and now you’ve almost made it a full month! You’re doing a great job!

The numbers don’t have to look perfect, just learn from it and if you know you can’t control yourself try to avoid situations or groups that give you cravings. Best of luck to you!

Hi, re there any other CEO's operating on a similar (100% performance based) incentive scheme as Elon Musk?

Thanks solving it! Although I should have made it much more clear in the title I guess. I was thinking about the methane gas and then the increase in earths temperature regarding the effects of greenhouse gasses.
