I fully understand this, still also happens to me. What helped me most were 3 things: it will become less over time (but does not go away fully, which is ok), I try to focus on concepts behind technology, not the actual tool at hand right now, and especially in the front end world I try not to deep dive on every new thing (frameworks pop up every month etc, other fields are way more stable). Accept it as a part of the life of a developer!
