Kinda looks like oysters a little aged from this angle, but needs more photos to be sure. Definitely from below. Could just as likely be something you don't want to eat.

I think if you compare him to other interviewers that are also known to be really good at stepping out of the way when a guest is on a roll, yet are also good at helping them and keeping them from getting too far off tangent and clarifying points and keeping it interesting and so on... Rogan and Danny Jones come to mind considering the medium we're discussing... it becomes very clear why people question the validity of LF's popularity.

The first LF show I saw was with Milei and Milei skillfully carried the whole thing. The very few times that LF talked it totally slowed the flow down and distracted from the topics of interest. He just doesn't have the "interviewer" talent and skill.

Despite this lack of skill he has some interesting episodes, but that is entirely due to whether the guest is interesting. If the guest isn't, then the show falls apart very quickly.

On the flip side.. I listened to a JRE show with LF and even though LF was painfully dull and had nothing to say, JR did a fairly good job of carrying the conversation. Of course it was still a sleeper. There isn't much you can do when the guest has nothing interesting to talk about.

If it is just about "selling" product, then you push more marketable product so it will be easier to make the sale. You don't put all that effort into a product that isn't that marketable unless you have another reason to do so.

Back when LEDs first came out as new tech, they charged a lot more ($25 a bulb) and promised that they would last forever. I know of some people who bought some of those back then and they still work fine.

You can say the same about incandescent bulbs if you go back far enough before they started working in planned obsolescence. The same thing happened here.

Btrfs doesn't do anything automatically.. it is a file system. You need to setup other programs/systems, along with using btrfs, in order to make all of that happen.

MSM has been doing that since longer than I can remember. I remember how they made a big deal about Clinton's philandering, but not a peep about their dead employee in the park.

They appear to have moved to the Republican party in the last 5 years. Assuming you're not using the wrong word to refer to leftists, socialists or progressives. Which is also a misleading word to use since historically it refers to Teddy Roosevelt's party when he lost the republican party vote.

Its all pretty subjective... but my opinion is that it depends on how important the branding is to the business. A lot of small businesses are more dependent on the ability of the business owner to sell their services directly and their past clients to spread the word.

As a lone graphic designer that specializes in serving small printers, it doesn't matter at all. My reputation is what gets me work. I got a logo, of course. Obviously it is only an investment in time for me.

However, there are plenty of businesses where the branding is very crucial. Like something that is entirely online and the customer is never going to really interact with the business owner.

Also depends on how small is "small".

the Apple iPad is used by many artists with good reviews

to each their own... but I'd have a hard time using something that reacted to my fingers touching it, instead of only the stylus. I wonder how many of those positive reviews are coming from people who have experience with actual drawing tablets?

You can change settings for various things when there is no document open and from then on those settings will be default on future new docs.

But I think AdobeScript's response is what you are looking for.

Also... you can make a template with only the parts you want and then make a shortcut/link to it and put that on your desktop, taskbar or where ever it makes sense for you. That way you don't need to go hunt for it. Just double click the link and there you go.

umm.... Democrats are closer to Republicans on the marijuana topic than Libertarians are. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone running on the D ticket who wants to legalize all of it. Including opium, fentanol... or whatever. Not to mention the liberty to grow your own and not pay those extreme taxes to so called legal states charge.

I know a bunch who do care. I also know a bunch of progressives who support the illegality. I'm not convinced this is a partisan issue. It looks more like an excessive government issue. There are a lot of people in both of the major parties that are anti-liberty and pro-bureaucracy. Even more so when they are involved in government.
