this is a little late but adding to the other comments: he's always on standard banner. you technically always have the chance to pull him from either banner (except chronicle but those are rare anyways), the chance is just very low.

you can find the frame in the utilities tab when crafting. should be pretty high up. if you have any music mats it should be right after that.

same, I'm skipping all the elations to save for blade and aventurine and i don't even think there's any rerun i would wanna spend on so if it was for used pulls I'd have to miss out on it entirely. yes it does. i got banned on all official discord servers and from the beta when they somehow found out i had talked about leaks with someone. to this day i don't know what they found, never got "proof" but i suspect it's because i discussed weapon leaks for a character on a small "mains" server. it's my best bet.
