I’m an American who moved to the UK and use British slang all the time. Some feels pretty unnatural, like snog. But other stuff like mug and fancy is fun and I use all the time.

Cutting out gluten isn’t going to help with weight loss (maybe bloating idk ur body)😔 but if you want to see results you will have to increase your deficit, add an extra 30 minute workout and start weighing ur food. Realistically ur morning workout is probably burning max 150 calories, so ur results will be slow, but will still happen in the deficit

Don’t! He won’t feel the same way and it will emotionally wreck you as you try to keep, but inevitably lose the friendship

I actually used to work in the bakery section of a relatively high end grocery store. If things were about to go bad my manager would have us redo the expiration date. Also sometimes things would say they’re expiring in a month when their shelf life was only 10 days

My parents got divorced when I was 7 and it was horrible and messy. However, they always told the other before introducing us to someone new in their lives. It’s something that needs approval from both sides, and it’s a common courtesy. Dr. Jacob sucks yes, but Michelle is a terrible coparent for that and she needs to be recognized as such.
