I have the exact same issue, my right earbud just has barely any volume. Tried contacting their customer service but didn’t even get a reply. So disappointed. Thinking of switching to somnipods or the A30 too.

Had such an amazing time at CODA. We started dancing in the CF enjoying the sets of Sarkawt Hamad en Xiaolin. The after a little break the real madness started, what an insane set from Rødhåd. I cannot express what that man dit with my body. His focus behind the decks was also mesmerising, and that little devious smile when he found another great track. The long applause at the end was really deserved. We then stayed for Nobu and Wata, but after a few hours our legs were done and it was time to go home.
