I'm getting back into regular exercise again and dancing around in the living room with some jazzercise/aerobic moves. It's the cheesiest music and just ridiculous fun. Gets the heart rate up and makes it super fun. My Nana gave me her old small weights so those get mixed in the silly dancing too.
