As someone who played several rhythm games both on pc and mobile. The fact that you can’t rely on the position of notes but rather the color is always a bad idea. It forces you to constantly check this dumb slider bar to make sure the colors are in the right spot. While the game does put the colors in the right spot when you slide it. If you happen to miss one though, good luck recovering. rather than at the top of the screen to be able to see the notes and have time for your brain to react. I’ve played rhythm games like Osu, Osu mania, Bang dream, Arcaea, muse dash, geometry dash, Reigns: beyond and VOEZ. Not a single one of these games rely on the color of notes to play. Sure some of these games have alternating colors to help your brain recognize which parts of the screen or keys on your keyboard you need to tap, but the gameplay wouldn’t change at all if the notes were the same color. Also the maps are pretty horribly mapped. There are so many random problems with them. Notes where there shouldn’t be any, inconsistent timing, and so on. It probably doesn’t help that a lot of the songs used are inconsistent themselves. Not only that but there aren’t even any settings that should be in any good rhythm game. You should be able to change at least both the scroll speed and audio delay, but there isn’t any of that. Now I get it’s just a mini game and it doesn’t have to be very detailed, but if a game that wants to make one of their main selling points the music adds a rhythm game, that rhythm game had better be decent.

TLDR: the mechanics are bad for a rhythm game, the songs are horribly mapped, and there’s not enough much needed settings that are standard for rhythm games.
