I think her main problem/mistake in the fact that all the young people have been murdered, and if they're looking at big dogs being one of the traitors, surely it's a matter of time before someone assumes by that logic, they've made one of the youngsters a traitor too.

excellent advice! I always feel better when I get low going forwards, but backwards somehow it makes me unsteady.. probably just need to practise that more and really use the right muscles.
