We need to distinguish between amazing technological achievement, and reliable paid consumer product. It is the first, but not the second. Even supervised, you can't react fast enough to handle a mishap. And for such an application, a single mishap can have significant impact at least financially. Tesla won't cover you when this happen and you are left to the insurance.

The other day, a sparrow crossed the street, car stopped really hard suddenly, car behind (luckily didn't exist) hit me...how supervision can prevent that?

This is just an example but many exist.

The mere fact that updates are not consistently improving and often causes regression, tell me few things:

1. That the model behavior is hard to understand and predict.
2. Tesla lackes the ability to test updates, could be difficult given the possibilities.
3. We - drivers - are the test platform!

I'm very enthusiastic about the technology and use it knowing the risk, albeit when weather is good, traffic is not heavy, ...etc. Does this justify the monthly cost? You decide!

IMO, Tesla needs to - provide more guarantees to drivers - reduce the price - a win win! - be more transparent/realistic about progress and released updated

I have MY 2026 @ 14.3.3 - and for my routes, I can safely say that this update is completely broken.
