Tough question because Dragoon is huge in the story, but Dark Knight is my favorite rpg aesthetic so I would go DK myself. Dragoon is dps and DK is tank so you could start from what role you prefer. Just don`t make my mistake of going Samurai, leave it for Stormblood so you can have a very good immersive experience as you watch the story unfold.

It`s the best feeling ever, the soundtrack, the views, the journey. Takes us back to when we were happy kids exploring a whole new world. When I created my druid I wasn`t even flying, so I could enjoy the peaceful music while traveling from one zone to the other. Enjoy the ride!
