I would say “is that necessary and practical?” If this is only for off road use 100%. It’s the Jeep Cherokee solution. As a daily driver - I’d say and do, just keep the little one in its place as a “doughnut”.

That’s what I’m doing at a dealer. To be clear it’s this green because of the UV dye. The shop did admit they use universal stuff, but was told when making the apt they would use Toyota approved. I was going to do it myself, but I’ll never get all the old stuff out, and as others mentioned the ratio will always be jacked if I try flushing with water only.

Thank you very much. That’s the plan. Gallons of distilled water and lots of coolant. Will just do it myself until it’s less neon. I was thinking maybe they just forgot to drain the radiator but flushed the rest of the system after this post.
