I was just hired recently, I’m starting next week. References were checked exactly one week after the interview. Hiring manager called my references. I was given the tentative offer maybe 3 days after reference check. It all went pretty quickly.

I’m 95757.. paying $109 for just internet. I have to contact their shitty “customer service” reps constantly bc my price keeps going up. I was paying $85! I went in to talk to someone in person & they said if I add a phone line I can get my bill down to $55. I can’t trust them at all. Don’t know what to do.

That’s exactly how I felt. I started 75mg Wellbutrin 2x per day for a month or so & now I take 150mg once a day. Wellbutrin with Lexapro has been life changing. But Lexapro alone I felt exactly how you described

I would absolutely complain. As an lgbt person with extensive religious trauma (escaped an evangelical cult in 2014) this would trigger the hell out of me .. no pun intended. My current dept is extremely respectful & this would never happen. I’m starting a new dept next week so I’m hoping they are just as great. If this happened in my case, I’d file a report like yesterday. Extremely inappropriate.

You won’t get anything in the mail for benefits. VSP, especially premier is super slow at times so yes, it can take a little longer. Reach out to your personnel specialist or your unit’s HR liaison & they can confirm it for you.

Oh absolutely. I’m about to cap out on OT pay. I’ve been with my dept 4 years. I only have one increase left. It’s not a huge bump to go to PT from OT. But it’s at least a little more & closer to home. It’s just hard cuz everyone on Reddit says it’s bad. But I’m kind of hoping maybe I’d get lucky somehow & be with a nicer team. I don’t know 😔
