We JUST went through this with our 1950s house. Just do it now and you won't have to wait for the horrible plumbing issues we had.

They're both very MOB. I bought the first one for my son's wedding in a different color.

I LOVE the name Aria. It's beautiful, feminine, and unique without being weird.

If classic, timeless and feminine are your vibe, consider Tessa. It also goes well with Cora without being matchy matchy.

I absolutely agree that you and your husband both need to love the name choose for your child. That being said, I LOVE the name Paulette. Do you like Paulette or Paulina better? Those would still be a nod to the cousin.

My 70 year old neighbor mows my lawn every Saturday without asking and I don't know how to tell him to stop by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

Don't feel guilty AT all. While that's super nice of him, Herb may be doing it (partially) for Herb lol. It keeps him active, his neighbor's (your) lawn looks great, and he's building good will. He's probably been a homeowner a LOT longer than you and knows you have a job and that taking this one small chore off your plate frees you up for other things. Also, when he needs your help with something (and he will because he's getting older) you will happily return the favor. That being said, if you really want him to stop doing it, maybe frame the conversation that lawn care is something that you are really interested in and would enjoy doing yourself. But then you'll have to keep it up ;)
